杀虫剂在美国联邦杀虫剂、杀菌剂和灭鼠剂法（The Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act，FIFRA)中包括但不仅限于：杀虫剂、除草剂、杀鼠剂、杀菌剂、消毒剂、引诱剂、植物脱叶剂、游泳池护理和植物生长调节剂等。
卖家需要确保售往美国的相关商品满足：
(1) 在美国环保署和杀虫剂销往的州进行注册；
(2) 依据联邦标准和相应环保署指南贴上标签；
(3) 邮寄包裹时提供准确信息。

Dear Aliexpress sellers,
Pursuant to the United States Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (“FIFRA”), it is illegal to distribute and/or sell any pesticide into the United States that is not registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) and/or make false or misleading claims. Sellers on Aliexpress are reminded to comply with applicable laws in selling and distributing pesticide products into the US and shall not sell or distribute any pesticide products unless such products have been (1) registered by EPA and by any state in which the pesticide products will be distributed; (2) labeled according to federal standards and required EPA guidelines; and (3) accompanied by posts that contain only accurate information. Any product listings that do not meet the above requirements will be removed or blocked.
Note:“Pesticide products” means any substance or mixture of substances intended for preventing, destroying, repelling, or mitigating pests, such as bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms, and includes public health products that control these pests, such as disinfectants and antimicrobial products.
