Announcement on Upgraded Merchant Acceptance Standards for Masks and Other Epidemic Prevention Products
Given the global pandemic situation and product control needs, AliExpress will raise the merchant acceptance standards for epidemic prevention products (including masks) on March 31, 2020.
This move involves both medical and non-medical epidemic prevention products. Below are the merchant acceptance requirements:
I. Medical epidemic prevention products

Sellers must provide the following qualifications to apply for permissions in the above categories:
1. Permit for Medical Device Operation Enterprises, Recordation Certificate for Business Activities Involving Class II Medical Devices, or Medical Devices Manufacturing License
(The applying entity must be the owner of the qualification document);
2. Duplicate of the Business License of the store owner which shall be a non-individual business entity with a registered capital of no less than RMB 1 million;
3. Duplicate of the Business License for Enterprise Legal Person of the manufacturer which shall be a non-individual business entity incorporated earlier than January 1, 2019 with a registered capital of no less than RMB 3 million;
4. Manufacturer's Permit for the Medical Device Production Enterprise;
5. Product packaging images (showing the manufacturer);
6. All listed products shall have a Medical Device Registration/Recordation Certificate and brand trademark (R or TM mark). The seller shall be the trademark owner or have the authority to use the trademark, or provide a complete invoicing chain originating from the brand owner; and
7. AliExpress has the discretion to decide whether to approve your category service applications based on platform operation, industrial development and consumer interests. You agree that AliExpress' reasons for judgment are commercial secrets, and therefore AliExpress does not need to explain to you why your application is rejected and shall not be liable for any consequences of such rejection.
II. Non-medical epidemic prevention products

Sellers must provide the following qualifications to apply for the above categories:
1. Business License of the store owner which shall be a non-individual business entity with a registered capital of no less than RMB 1 million；
2. Duplicate of the Business License for Enterprise Legal Person of the manufacturer which shall be a non-individual business entity incorporated earlier than January 1, 2019 with a registered capital of no less than RMB 3 million；
3. Product packaging images (showing the manufacturer)；
