Notice on Rectification of Magnetic Ball Toys

Dear Sellers,

Magnetic ball toys have long been prohibited in Australia, Canada and New Zealand, and are under strict control in Europe, the Southern Common Market and other regions. Such toys may pose a risk to children's health and even threaten their lives. The Consumer Product Safety Committee (CPSC) has posted warnings against such toys in China, Russia and other markets.

AliExpress has also imposed a strict control on such toys. Magnetic balls no more than 31.7 mm in diameter are all prohibited. Illegal products shall be handled according to AliExpress Catalog of Banned and Restricted Products and other relevant product regulations. If a product is confirmed or disclosed by a quality control authority or the manufacturer to contain illegal additives or it is recalled for such a reason, the product shall be returned and the corresponding seller shall receive two penalty points per violation.

However, we have noticed that some sellers are still selling such illegal products that will lead to penalty and points deduction. Please check the products sold in your stores and remove illegal products in time.
