Notice on the EU Certification Attribute Required for Products

Dear sellers,

EU CE marking applies to most of the products exported to EU. Products with the CE marking can circulate freely within the European Economic Area (EEA).

In order to meet the growing global demand for export products, improve the overall quality of products on AliExpress, protect the consumer experience and meet compliance requirements, the platform has added the Certification attribute in the Specifications module on the product listing page on October 16, 2020. This attribute applies to products under nearly 2,000 sub-categories that require the CE marking. The Certification attribute will be mandatory from December 7, 2020. If your products have the CE and/or other certification, select the CE and/or other certification attribute check box as shown below. If not, select None.
