AliExpress "Transaction Non-fulfillment" Rules

We are committed to making AliExpress the preferred platform for overseas buyers for cross-border shopping. When a buyer places an order, it is the obligation of the seller to ship and deliver the goods and to strictly fulfill the order based on the promised price, logistics time frame, services and product quality. However, the platform has noticed a large number of transactions where certain sellers fail to ship or deliver goods in time due to their own reasons, resulting in the closing of orders, a negative shopping experience for buyers, disputes and complaints. In order to maintain a healthy and orderly marketplace and improve buyers’ shopping experience, these rules are hereby formulated.
"Transaction Non-fulfillment" shall mean the seller’s failure to ship the products in accordance with the order within the required time frame after the buyer completes payment. For the avoidance of doubt, it is deemed as a failure to ship the goods within the required time frame if the seller fails to upload the tracking number before the shipping time deadline.
Violations and Penalties:
“Transaction Non-fulfillment” misconduct, according to the extent of severity, is subdivided into “Violations”, “Serious Violations”, and “Very Serious Violations”.
Serious Violations include, but are not limited to, the following circumstances:
(1) The “Transaction Non-fulfillment” violation involves a large number of orders, or the percentage of the number of “Transaction Non-fulfilment” violations divided by the total number of orders was relatively high in the past 7 or 30 days.
(2) The “Transaction Non-fulfillment” violation was committed with malicious intent or for improper purposes such as attracting traffic.
(3) Multiple “Transaction Non-fulfillment” Violations were committed.
If the Serious Violations are very serious or cause material loss or adverse effects on the platform or buyers, they shall be deemed as “Very Serious Violations”.

In the event of inconsistency, ambiguity or conflict between the English and the non-English version of this AliExpress Prohibited and Controlled Information List, the English version shall prevail.
