1. ILLICIT DRUGS, PRECURSORS AND DRUG PARAPHERNALIA

1.1. AliExpress Website does not permit either the listing, the posting, offering for sale, or offering of purchase of illegal drug that is listed on ANVISA Ordinance SVS/MS No. 344/1998, which lists the regulated and prohibited drugs, including precursors, intermediates, salts, and isomers.

1.2. Products with cannabis or containing components derived from cannabis, hemp, or Cannabidiol (CBD), in any of its forms (oils, flours, creams, among others).

1.2. Produtos com cannabis ou contendo componentes derivados de cannabis, cânhamo ou canabidiol (CBD), em qualquer de suas formas (óleos, farinhas, cremes, entre outras).

2. WEAOPONS, FIREARMS AND AMMUNITIONS

2.1. AliExpress Website does not permit either the listing, the posting, offering for sale, or offering of purchase of any arms, munitions, military ordnance, weapons (including explosive weapons), or any related parts and components (whether integral or otherwise) that Brazilian Army strictly controls, including disused ones.

2.2. Pepper spray and electro-shock and pulse-based weapons.

2. ARMAS DE FOGO E MUNIÇÕES

2.1. O Site do AliExpress não permite a divulgação, publicação, oferta para venda ou oferta de compra de quaisquer armas, munições, munições militares, armas (incluindo armas explosivas) ou quaisquer peças e componentes relacionados (sejam integrais ou não) que o Exército Brasileiro controla estritamente.

4. MACHINES WITHOUT SAFETY EQUIPMENT

It is not allowed to advertise or request (a) machines or equipment without the corresponding safety systems, according to Regulatory Standard No. 12 of the Ministry of Labor; and (b) machines or equipment whose sale is expressly forbidden according to Regulatory Standard No. 12 of the Ministry of Labor.

4. MÁQUINAS SEM EQUIPAMENTO DE SEGURANÇA

Não é permitido anunciar ou solicitar: (a) máquinas ou equipamentos sem os respectivos sistemas de segurança, conforme Norma Regulamentadora nº 12 do Ministério do Trabalho; e (b) máquinas ou equipamentos cuja comercialização seja expressamente proibida de acordo com a Norma Regulamentadora nº 12 do Ministério do Trabalho.

5. MEDICAL DRUGS AND DEVICES

5.1 Medical products or equipment for the exclusive use of healthcare professionals or hospital institutions (e.g. surgical material or pulmonary ventilators).

5.2 Medical products that do not have the corresponding inscriptions or that come from or are supplied by establishments that do not have the necessary licenses, authorizations, and qualifications.

5.3 Medical devices that do not have the labels, tags, mandatory information, or any other regulatory backing required by applicable law.

5. MEDICAMENTOS E DISPOSITIVOS MÉDICOS

5.1 Produtos ou equipamentos médicos para uso exclusivo de profissionais de saúde ou hospitais (por exemplo, material cirúrgico ou ventiladores pulmonares).

5.2 Produtos médicos que não tenham as inscrições correspondentes ou que provêm ou são fornecidos por estabelecimentos que não possuem as licenças, autorizações e habilitações necessárias.

5.3 Dispositivos médicos que não possuem rótulos, etiquetas, informações obrigatórias ou qualquer outra exigência da legislação aplicável.
